Local Development, microenterprise and self-employment promotion

We carry out studies and analysis for improving the conditions for creating employment and self-employment- traders and microenterprises- at local level. We have worked extensively in depressed regions or those under reconversion from mining, heavy industry or other industrial closures and downsizings. We are experts in microenterprise non-financial support, but work closely with financial experts (our former shareholder DFC or other financial consultancies or NGOs) to create opportunities and consolidate micro-enterprises, sole traders, cooperatives and other small economic entities.

Social facilitation and capacity building for the design and implementation of lengineering projects at local level

We work to carry out diagnostics, facilitate and build capacity in project execution and follow-up at local level (from municipalities to local leaders and village associations, cooperatives, etc., for the feasibility, planning and implementation of large engineering projects: water and sanitation, environment, transport roads and other infrastructure, irrigation and water supply, etc. We are experts in carrying out PARTICIPATORY workshops, conflict resolution, social impact mitigation and training on the cost-benefit analysis and social impact evaluation of large projects.
