Our professionals have an ample experience in the improvement of the competitiveness, innovation and technology policies and programmes of countries, regions and cities, as well as promotion of clusters and local institutions. We support the development of plans and programmes for competitiveness improvement, quality systems, innovation policies and related systems.

Development and promotion of SMEs (small and medium-sized companies) and of entrepreneurs

We have participated in hundreds of missions in many regions of the world to develop small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs): from formulating policies, business advisory centres, SME clusters and industrial districts, innovation and transfer of technology and administrative simplification /business environment improvement. We have a specialised experience in designing, advising and setting up business incubators and centers fortechnology transfer to SMEs, having designed and supported incubators and technology centres/science parks in more than twenty countries. For entrepreneurs we are also certified licensees in Madrid of the certificate "European Business Competence License"- EBC*L, recognized by the European Commission as the standard for training of adults in basic management and finance.

Institutional strengthening of private and public bodies of economic and regional development

We train and support ministries and government agencies of economic, commerce/trade, planning and regional development; private and public entities for economic development and management of international funds, improving processes and installing monitoring and evaluation systems. We have an ample experience in programme management, monitoring and evaluation (M & E) systems. We accredited by several international institutions in project and programme management (Project Management Institute -PMI, IPMA) and in advising on assessing and improving organisational programme and project management (our director is accredited as "Assesor in Organizational Project Management" by the International Project Management Association- IPMA, throuhg its North American section, asapm).
