Spain is the project management unit of TenStep Corporate Solutions SA.,
both members of the international consulting and training firm based in Atlanta
(USA). TenStep Spain is an accredited REGISTERED EDUCATION PROVIDER (REP) of the
Project Management Institute
(PMI). TenStep specializes in
business methodology development, training and consulting on project and programme
management. Our focus is in the introduction of project management, Project Management
Offices (PMO's), portfolio management, the project lifecycle and building general
management skills for project managers and other staff. We take the time to develop
these important business processes so that you don't have to, and believe in practical,
short interventions to maximise your time and effort. We
train for PMP (Project Management Professional) or other similar certification
in Madrid and in other cities of Europe, and can bring the expertise needed to
implement and Project Management at financial institutions and corporations. Due
to the in-depth knowledge of TenStep Corporate Solutions of the international
financial institutions and government agencies, we also set up, train and manage
internationally-funded Programme implementing units (PMUs or PIUs) and other similar
