(infrastructure, environment, energy, socio-economic,
etc.). These Distance-learning courses can
be effective as an introduction to the subject,
or to review your knowledge of these tenders,
grants and financing instruments, BUT it
does not substitute physical interaction
with real practitioners in a class or office

in a practical manner how to search
for tender opportunities for all kinds
of goods (equipment, commodities,
emergency material, etc.) or for smaller
works (civil, industrial, IT or installations).

types of open tenders, which are usually
highly price competitive.
