International Consulting unit
is a Global REP of the Project
Management Institute (PMI), and trains
on project management and strategy implementation
for both the public and the private sectors.
We jointly offer several distance-learning
courses: some are directed to WINNING AND
MANAGING TENDERS AND GRANTS from International
Development Institutions or private companies;
others to APPLYING FOR FINANCING for a development
project (infrastructure, environment, energy,
socio-economic, etc.), and yet others for
building essential BUSINESS AND FINANCIAL
SKILLS. These Distance-learning courses
can be a good introduction to the subject
or a review of your previous knowledge of
this field, BUT cannot substitute personal
interaction with practitioners in a classroom
or office environment; therefore, if you

of Category A (REP) formal PM training,
as approved by PMI. You can additonally
study for the PMP or CAPM Exams with

which would give you an additional
11 hours, so as to complete the PMP-required
35 "Contact hours"(paid
for separately).

Projects

types of open tenders, which are usually
highly price competitive.

date at our offices (as the Examination
Centre Madrid- exam fee not included).

Expected
duration
of each Course: 3 months (one month per
Module on average, more if needed and requested).
Starting
date: you can start any time during
the year, Courses can be taken consecutively,
separately or in parallel.
Price: 350 € per Course
