We work development projects in the fields of competitiveness, trade and small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) improvement. These projects are usually funded by international institutions - the European Commission, the multilateral development banks, the United Nations agencies and bilateral aid institutions.

We train and assist public and private institutions on EU and international funds management (pre-accession, cooperation and structural funds), as well as in improving their processes and performance, and other topics of interest for sustainable development and governance in emerging and transition economies.

We consult and train for certification on project, portfolio and programme management; also we are the Spanish office and the Public Sector Practice coordinator of global consulting network TenStep - a Global Registered Education Provider of the Project Management Institute (PMI) and leader in project management (watch a video).

We train and consult on how to win bids and prequalify for international tenders, proposals and technology sales. We collaborate with ICEX, the Spanish Foreign Trade Institute and various regional export institutions to advise companies on how to win tenders.
