PROPOSAL MANAGEMENT AND ADMINISTRATION OF INTERNATIONAL TENDERS AND PROJECTS

2.3 Technical proposal- preparation and improvement

2.4 Financial proposal- preparation and negotiation of consortium agreements

EXERCISE: Preparation of a schedule, budget and project team for a technical assistance proposal (other types- goods or works tenders- can be requested).

MODULE 3: PROJECT ADMINISTRATION, REPORT WRITING AND TEAM ORGANISATION

3.1. Project stages, control and follow-up of contracts for international tenders.

3.2. Team organisation and staffing/ selection.

3.3. Drafting of Reports and Presentations for projects.

EXERCISE: Draft sections of reports and presentations.

Final examination and over 100 documents as back up.
