2.5 Partner or consortium negotiation, pre-bid agreements and management fees.

2.6 Conclusions and review.

EXERCISE 2: Preparation of an Expression of Interest for EuropeAid or other programme.

MODULE 3:

3.1 Preliminary considerations before prequalifying for tenders

3.2 Preparing pre-qualifications and expressions of interest

3.3 Consortium search, negotiations and preliminary agreement

EXERCISE 3: Preparation of an expression of interest for a services tender (other types- works or supplies- can be requested)
